Based in Hartford, Connecticut, Michael Fallon is a corporate security professional and aspiring law student with a background in law enforcement. Since April 2005, he has served as senior manager, US global security operations, with UnitedHealth Group in Hartford. In this role, Michael Fallon oversees workplace security operations for businesses in Connecticut and throughout the northeastern US. This involves analyzing and communicating security risks, facilitating crisis management for critical events, and providing appropriate training.

Michael Fallon previously worked as director of security for Asphalt Green, where he managed a $1.5 million security budget and supervised daily operations for three New York City campuses with more than 30 security staff. He also worked briefly as a lead corporate security agent for Wells Fargo, supervising security operations for banks and administrative offices in six states.

Mr. Fallon is also a former police officer with the City of Hartford. He spent seven years with the police force, during which time he investigated a variety of complex cases and earned the Chief's Medal of Valor and several commendations for exceptional service and dedication. He is a Dean's List graduate of the University of New Haven, where he received a bachelor of science in criminal justice.
